Description

Myasthenia Gravis is a muscle weakness disease which can be fatal. The Myasthenia Gravis Association is dedicated to establishing a network of local branches across Ireland, through which it can provide comfort and support to meet the needs of all Myasthenics and their families.

The Association is dedicated to a programme of education that will raise the awareness of the disease with the general public, and in particular, all branches of the medical profession, for the purposes of improving diagnosis and treatment.

The Association is also dedicated to funding medical and scientific research into the alleviation of the disease and ultimately establishing the causation and cure.


Services

The Myasthenia Gravis Association hold support group meetings across the country for people suffering from the muscle weakness disease - Myasthenia Gravis.
