The IFPA (Irish Family
Planning Association) is a national voluntary organisation and
registered charity which has been pioneering reproductive health
and rights in Ireland since 1969. The brave women and men who
founded the Association were concerned with changing the social
and legal environment in Ireland so that family planning information
and services would be available to everyone.
Services
The IFPA offers a comprehensive
range of services specifically designed to promote sexual health
and to support reproductive choice. Our services and facilities
are oriented to the needs of women and young people in particular
and include counselling, information, education and medical services.
