NAD is Ireland's foremost provider of services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing people. It has a national network of resource centres providing a range of accessible services to the deaf and hard of hearing community.
NAD is also actively involved in advocating and lobbying for improved services and new developments, including UNHS (Universal Newborn Hearing Screening), Aural Rehabilitation and Education.
NAD is a voluntary non-profit organisation and is a registered charity under Company Law.
