Oncology Day Unit nurses are angels, their care compassion and level of expertise is so reassuring. Especially Nurse Grace Dempsey, always time to explain and really cares.

Physiotherapists - one to one sessions 3 times per day from day 1 including weekends. Healthcare Assistants - nothing was too much trouble for them. Well trained,efficient and courteous always. Pain Control Specialist Nurse -outstanding care and attention to detail.

Junior staff were excellant

I recently had a couple of tests carried out by Dr Shiobhan Weston. Her professionalism and the manner in which she dealt with me was excellent.

Nursing staff on the fourth floor south wing were excellent, however other oncall doctors need to work on their bedside manner

Prof Puri was my daughter's surgeon - did an excellent job. My daughter's life has changed.

Dr Sharon moss is my doctor. I found her very understanding and easy to talk to and she treated me with respect and explained everything in layman's terms to me... No messing around waiting on appointments and overall found hospital and clinic to be a lovely friendly place.

Dr Chris Mascott...skilled surgeon with a genuine interest in doing his best to treat/help his patients.

Mr Kent Ayers is a wonderful doctor. To him and all the staff in the Women's Centre my very best wishes and gratitude.

All the catering staff were fantastic, very obliging and nothing was too much trouble for them. Some of the nurses were superb, can't remember all their names but Regina and Laura were among them.

Teresa and Aileen in daycare were gentle, caring and had great sense of humour (so important)!

Staff on 4th floor, all very good, Dieter the nursing aide - so kind and helpful, and Lynn the pain nurse. Nothing was too much trouble. Also, excellent anaesthetist whose name I can't remember.

Dr Hugh Gallagher, consultant urologist was excellent in his care. He was there day and night and although I was very ill and could have easily died, he told me the truth all the way and his confidence gave me great reassurance I would survive.

Dr Shiobhan Weston, theatre, and daycare staff were great - they all showed respect, empathy, and gave clear info. Plus Dr Weston has a great sense of humour !
