The whole staff in general. The nurses, the theatre nurses, the anaesthetist - everyone was so professional but so so caring as well. Would highly recommend this hospital and staff to anyone and everyone and would like to say a huge thank you to them. They made me feel totally comfortable and not at all nervous before op!

Dr Stuard Edwards and all the staff were absolutely fantastic. The level of care was second to none! Every member of staff were so well informed and it was clear that there is excellent communication between all departments! From reception to discharge every detail was a most satisfactory experience!

Nurse who was on night duty the night I stayed after my procedure, Lily,on first floor. She went out of her way to ensure that I was looked after the night I stayed after a few complications. Nothing was a problem and her caring attitude and help was second to none. Thank you!

This is a well laid out modern hospital which looks lovely. However that does not give a doctor's seceretary a right to be ignorant, lazy and totally unhelpful. Doctor's seceretary needs to go on a customer relations course - fact. Rude every time.
