Overall, the care and further recommendations suggested were 1st class and I can't thank A&E and medical team enough for their care with diagnosis for a potential fatal illness and prompt referral for specialist treatment. It's good to be alive. Special thanks to Loreta and her great colleagues for their help in a most difficult time.

It was sometime ago now, but I had 2 midwives who I couldn't say enough about, they were wonderful!! One even stayed on past her shift to see that I was taken care of. She was then off for a couple of days and when she was back on duty she came to find me to see how I was. I had never ever met this nurse before labour!!

I was very impressed with the diligence of staff in A/E and how quickly they diagnosed my condition--pancreatitis. The GP had suspected a heart attack because the ECG readings were "haywire". Great credit must go Mr Selmia and Dr Ali, both gentlemen and thoroughly professional, and their staff, some of whom I met at Mr Selmia's clinic. The staff in the day ward on the day of my operation were very helpful and reassuring.

NURSES: EMMA O'NEILL & FRANCES PARTNER: THESE NURSES WERE ALWAYS CHEERFUL , WHAT I WOULD CALL "AN EXAMPLE TO ALL HOSPITAL STAFF". ANYTHING THEY WERE ASKED TO EXPLAIN OR TO DO THEY DID 'WITH A HEART & A HALF'.

A@e doctors and nurses. Following a horrific accident in 2011 they treated my daughter swiftly and extremely well. I am eternally grateful and god bless you all. You are my heroes and the most important people in this country.

Epau- very kind and understanding. Dr Gardeil wonderful caring gyn/ob. Nurses in day care unit very kind understanding and respectful. Theatre nurses the same as above and also the anaesthethist that I had that day gentle and kind. All the above made a hard day for me a lot easier to heal from. Many thanks to them all.

Emergency doctor was very cooperative and gave proper treatment and care advice and explained the situation completely.I am a working women and i see the stress in there job but found them working very quickly and calm.Well job done.Keep it up Wexford General

Dr Dermot O'Donnell, consultant anaesthetist. I have previously had many problems with general anaesthesia and pain control, however Dr O'Donnell quickly analysed all my problems and looked after me flawlessly. I wish he had cared for me previously!

CCU excellent, staff couldn't do enough for me, both doctors and nurses. Dr Rearedon and all the nurses, both day and night nurses, they all work very hard and are dedicated to the work not just a pay check at end of the month.
