Genital wart

I have not had sex but am almost certain that I have some form of genital wart. Is it possible to contract this without sexual contact?

The Doctor says...

It is possible to have a wart on the genitalia without it being acquired through sexual contact. I would refrain from self-treating it with “over the counter” wart remedies because some of the preparations might be too potent for such a sensitive part of the body. You should visit your GP who could advise you further on this matter.
