I developed plaque psoriasis overnight two years ago. I have tried
everything to control it and even clear it up all together. What I have
found to be extremely effective and has even gotten rid of it altogether is
exercise. I exercise now on a daly basis for at least an hour and I can't
find anything else that is as effective. I am not sure what causes the
psoriasis to clear but perhaps it is because I prespire so much in that hour
that there is some sort of a chemical reaction. After the first few weeks,
the scaling reduces and after a number of months it'll clear altogether
depending on how severe the patch is at the time. I have noticed that if I
stop exercising it will return, but not always in the same place.

I just thought that you might like to know this.
