I am not saying that this is the universal cause, but there is a trend. The key is to totally love yourself and not get bothered about anything other than your health and wellbeing as well as the health and wellbeing of your loved ones. Nothing else than you and the support of your family really matters when you can't stand without throwing up every month. |

The problem is I suffered from this even years ago when I wasn't on the pill and my period was coming every 15 days. I think I'll take your advice about seeing the doctor and in the meantime try out those patches and primrose oil! Thanks again |

I start getting severe cramps about 5 days before my period comes and then this lasts until my period (which lasts 8 days) stops. Along with this I get really bad headaches and sometimes get nosebleeds. Everybody gives out to me saying I'm over reacting but I really feel this isn't normal and even with strong painkillers I'm in a huge amount of pain. Does anybody have any suggestions for how to make this stop or what could be wrong? I'm reaching my wit's end at this stage and feel that nobody else understands. Please help! |
