The big question I would ask men in these situations is " What is getting me so excited in the first place?"
Others would be: Why am I in such a hurry? What part of me wants to get this act over with as quickly as possible? Or simply, Why can't I just slow down and take my time?
Sometimes (not all the time) it really IS all in the mind.
I believe in all that is seen and unseen.

If you have completed counselling then was this discussed at your sessions? If so then the next step is a visit to a GP. If you have not gone into counselling then I would strongly recommend it as an option.
