The big question I would ask men in these situations is " What is getting me so excited in the first place?"

Others would be: Why am I in such a hurry? What part of me wants to get this act over with as quickly as possible? Or simply, Why can't I just slow down and take my time?

Sometimes (not all the time) it really IS all in the mind.

I'm a 19 year old male and i suffer from premature ejaculation, semen comes from my penis before any sexual interaction and i cannot last for long at all.Can u advise me on any 'quick fix' or medicines to use? this has been going on for a couple of years now. i was perfect until i had sex for the first time when i was around 15.it has been a huge issue in my life since and i cannot have any sexual contact with girls because of this, can anybody help me please? thanks

i saw your recommendation exercise about premature ejaculation.i think that my problem is psychological.i`m quite worried.i want to know if your exercises are so good for fixing this problem.

I was sorry to see that nobody had come back to you on your posting? I am interested to see why you know that the problem is not psychological? If you have completed counselling then was this discussed at your sessions? If so then the next step is a visit to a GP. If you have not gone into counselling then I would strongly recommend it as an option.

i am a 24 year old male. i suffer from what i think is premature ejaculation.it happens even before intercourse. I have tried some of the exercises,my problem isnt psylogical.what can i do ?.at present i do not have a gp, im in the galway area, what can i do ?.
