I have been using voluptuo for 1 week so far (u take 2 tabs a day for first 2 weeks) it's giving me heart burn, but feeling optimistic, so going to keep going. From next week i'll go up to 4 tabs per day... They do have a horrible smell and taste, i almost gag most times i take it, but going to give this a try properly before i opt for surgery. The hops are supposed to have a calming effect on you too (hops are also in nytol at 40mg per tab) where as voluptuo has 440mg per tab. Will report back if good. Apparently you should take them for 6 months, even though the ads say 8-12 weeks. I bought 3 months supply. Good-luck :)

Hi all, Just registered....

I am hoping to get an Enlargement in the coming months, I'm just wondering if anyone has heard of or used Auralia in Citywest? They have clinics in other locations, Kilkenny etc....

Also how much approx do you think I would be looking at for the surgery? When I did a google search it gave a range from 2700 - 4500.

Thanks a mil

Hi I\'m just wondering if anyone has tried that new product Voluptuo, the one that Glenda Gilson is promoting. I\'m really really considering it as i dont want to resort to Plastic Surgery but i would like to know if anyone has really had any results so far?

Thanks for that info, good idea getting it done in winter when everyone is wrapped up anyway! I wonder does anyone else have this problem, I have a pocket of fat under each armpit, towards the front, and its really obvious when I have my arms down. I have asked the doctor about it, I was worried there was a lump in them, but she said no, they are fine, but only plastic surgery will get rid of them. I really want to get rid of them before I go travelling to Oz and NZ etc. next year. Plus i just really hate them.. It's nto too bad here because I have it covered all the time, but its a different story on the beach etc Im really self-conscious then, it just looks so weird! So I would like to kill two birds with one stone and get them removed and have small implants put in at the same time, instead of paying for 2 seperate operations. Im going to talk to some of the clinics about it in the next couple of months and see if I can get it done. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Anna, Firstly my recovery was very quick because my implants are over the muscle, i had my surgery on a friday evening, home sat morning and back to work on the tuesday and back driving on the wednesday, i had very little pain except for in my ribs, i felt like i had been very badly kicked !! As for the size, well i had huge big pockets of skin and didn't want a small implant put in only to sag and droop after a short period od time, hence the decision to go larger, i just cover up for a while, easy to do so as it was October and then when it started to get warmer nearly everybody thought i had just gained some weight and kept saying how much healthier i looked ... go figure :) Not one person in work asked me had i ad my boobs done. As i have said before, the size you get is completly your decision and if its just to look a bit fuller then i would go with the slight increase rather than a huge big jump in size, all i know is that i am over the moon with mine and the size they are now, as for price i really can't say how much it is nowadays as i have mine in almost 4 yrs, i think it averages around 6000/7000 now.
hope that helps and good luck with your decision.

To that lady who got implants- Pinkirish, firstly, i have to admire your courage no matter what anyone says! A few questions though- how long did it take to get over the surgery and, say, get back to work, after the op? Did you have it over or under the muscle? You seemed to have got a large implant, were you not concerned that it was such a major increase that everyone would notice? I know that might sound ridiculous, and no, Im not trying to be smart..! But I have thought about getting a small increase- from my A to a full B, I dont want it to be really obvious what I got done. Plus large breasts would not suit my body shape at all anyway. Can you say roughly how much it cost for the whole procedure?

Thanks Pinkirish,

I am a large A sometimes a B cup, and I was afraid of looking out of proportion or in peoples faces but I have decided now to ask the surgeon to get me the biggest C cup, up to now I was getting 265ml in each breast but I am gonna ask for a little more. thanks for your advice, it all helps!

Hi There, I too was a large A, small B and had decided ro go with a C-Cup, i was terrified i would look out of proportion if i went an bigger, but at the last minute(i was getting on the operating table) i asked the surgeon if he could fit a D cup in then go ahead, best decision i made, a C wouldn't have made all that much of a difference and after paying all that money, i am now a DD, increased naturally over time and they are very beautiful aand look so natural. I hope that helps but its up to you what size you go to. xxx

I posted the last anaon post read this other Anonymous:
In most cases, the nipples remain attached to their blood vessels and nerves. However, if the breasts are very large or pendulous, the nipples and areolas may have to be completely removed and grafted into a higher position.

Your right about the nipples been removed during surgery for v large breasts, but they are grafted on afterwards. A friend of mine is a 32E and she knows how to use them! She's gotten off speeding tickets, etc because of mens weakness, on holidays she walks round with them bare and its the women who are jeleous who give the worst looks !

Good lord K, who on earth told you that ........ OMG no wonder people have crazy ideas about breast surgery, they DO NOT take your nipples off .... if your breasts are very large but in similar proporition they well only remove excess fat and tissue, if your breasts and extremely big they make an incision AROUND your nipples and pull the skin down around them or they reposition your nipples, they however do not take your nipples off, haven't you seen any documentaries on TV about this or read any litariture or even spoken to a surgeon about this .... Your comment was very flippant, well to me anyway.

Yeah I seen that ad. too and I think it is obvious that she is wearing a push up bra in the after photo, I honestly think the only way to get a significant increase is to have surgery and thats what I am doing, I have had a consultation with Advanced Cosmetic Surgery and I have to say I was not overly impressed I had 15 mins of a consultation with the surgeon, the Dr. hadn't read the paperwork I had filled in that included my questions and the type of surgery I wanted, I asked to see his before and after photos, but they weren't available, and I couldnt see his qualifications because they weren't available !! I checked his qualifications on Irish Medical Board and he is a qualified doctor but no specialist qualification. After the "consultation" I was led into another room where I had a brief conversation with a member of management about the doctors qualifications etc, but while this member was talking my eyes were fixated on a syringe complete with needle and full of old dark blood casually propped up on a desk tidier !! Anyhow I still have to see about this doctors qualilfications, but in the meantime I have a consultation booked for Clane Hospital and Harley st, Cosmetic. and I let people know who I found to be the best.I think for such a intrusive and long lasting surgery I should get all the inforamtion I need and I advise other people to do the same, maybe because I began my career as a nurse and that side of me is coming out again but it makes me more aware that you should not surgery lightly even if other people do.

Remember Karen, they are only body parts, in Spain women strip off no problem, big, small, droopy nobody cares who has what. Be proud

I used Erdic for 3 months and never saw any difference either.. Such a waste of money. I feel so annoyed whenever i see it advertised. Now I think the same company are promoting Volumptuo with Glenda Gilson claiming she went from an A to a C cup. Im not convinced...

i have tried the internet for bras ect but as i do not have a credit card (my own choice!) i cannot buy them!
a lot of my friends are always saying they would love to have my boobs and i'd love their small boobs. i get a lot of looks from both sexes but men tend to talk to my chest!i don't find that minimiser bras are any good. i like to look nice when i go out and like to wear nice tops. i would love to wear skimpy little tops but because of reactions i get when i'm wearng even my work uniform, i have decided it's better not to dress like so! as long as they are healthy i shouldn't be complaining i suppose!

Hi Karen, I've never heard of an E cup before did you ever try the internet for bras & tops? I take it your not happy with big breasts I'd say its the women more than the men who give stranger looks?

OK, i'm coming from the other side of the table here! my boobs are TOO large! i'm a 38e and have problems getting tops to fit me, can only get plain boring bras, suffer from back pain, have men leering at my chest and they are constantly getting in my way! so just remember all this before you decide on what cup size you want to become! can't you just wear a wonder bra or a plunge bra without going to such extremes?

There is a new product called Voluptuo on the market, which is supposed to enlarge breasts. Has any one any experiences of this?

Advanced Cosmetic did mine, Not sure why they don't use saline, could be to do with the fact they have to be replaced every 8/10yrs maybe ?? A friend of mine got hers done in the Mater private, and has had no trouble either. hope all goes well for you.

Thanks Pinkirish,

Where did you get yours done, do they look natural. How come the silicone are not used in America unless under certain conditions. Does anyone know.

hi there,
as far as i am aware, saline implants are not available in this country, well they weren't when i had my implants put in, that was about 4yrs ago, i've never had trouble with the silicone and am now safely and successfully breastfeeding my newborn son with no trouble from the implants. good luck with your new boobs, best money i ever spent :)

Has anyone tried brava, the suction cups that give you one size bigger, I tried it and it was such hassle, wearing it for 12 hours at a time every night and then getting a unbearable 'heat rash'. yes it is a shame that you are attractive by your boob size. quite depressing too.open a mag, turn on tv etc and all you see are big knockers. And men do have attitude about them too.

it really annoys me that people are identifying themselves as anoynomous. its very confusing when reading postings. why cant people just think up of a name and use it as username?

realised my last post was short and sharp. to give you the positive. while trying the tablets (many available on web, even Tara Palmer Tomkinson tried one) I did feel that they were firming up what I had (I am only an "AA"), so they would really work if you had just floppy ones. they also made me lose weight, I just think I couldn;t stick to the water. Since then I have spent quite a bit of money and time getting proper sexy linguerie through the web and it has made me feel bigger and sexier, but just not enough. also some fashion help books have helped me with my clothes to the point, people have commented on how much more in proportion I look. I think you can fool yourself and people that you have increased one size, but as for me being a small "AA" , being an "A", is still no better. Here's to a successfull surgery (only waited 15 years and two kids later!)
