Tics

I have a facial twitch on my upper right cheek. Could you tell me what cause it and will it go away?

This sounds like a tic, which is a result of repetitive contraction of the facial muscles. They sometimes happen when we are feeling tense and are not associated with an underlying neurological disorder. They are usually of short duration and can often be stopped by will only to recur when attention is distracted. If tics are very persistent medication can be prescribed to relieve them.
