Female infertilty - periods regular?

Is it possible for a woman to have fertility problems even if she has (and always had) very regular periods?

There are many causes of female infertility and it is possible for a woman to have fertility difficulties even in the presence of a regular menstrual cycle. Regular menstruation usually indicates that ovulation is also occurring but a woman may still fail to become pregnant despite ovulating regularly.
