Circumcision - for non medical reasons?

Is it possible for an adult male to have a circumcision performed in Ireland for non-medical reasons?

I am not sure what you mean when you speak of undergoing circumcision for non-medical reasons. Do you mean having it performed for religious or cultural reasons or perhaps you have some other motivation in asking the question? Perhaps you want to be circumcised for reasons of personal hygiene. As your question implies circumcision is usually performed because of medical need. However, if a reasonable justification could be made for performing the procedure I am sure that your wishes could be complied with. I would suggest that you talk this matter over with your GP who could assist you in making the arrangements to be circumcised. Individual cases can always be addressed on their own individual merits and exceptions can be made once the procedure can be justified.
