Premature ejaculation - due to tight foreskin?

I suffer from premature ejaculation and have read your article on this condition. The article states that premature ejaculation can be due to an “overly tight uncircumcised foreskin” and this is the only cause that seems to make sense in my particular case. Yet this is the only cause that you don’t give advice on. What can be done?

If you read the article again (http://www.irishhealth.com/index.html?level=4&id=129) you will notice that it states that physical causes for premature ejaculation are extremely rare. Most cases of premature ejaculation are psychological in origin and tend to be associated with anxiety. As men grow older they gradually learn to control their orgasm and are able to engage in sexual intercourse for a longer period of time before ejaculation takes place. However, if your suspicions were correct regarding the cause of premature ejaculation in your particular case then circumcision would relieve the tightness in the foreskin. If you were to pursue that particular option you could discuss the matter further with your GP who could in turn refer you to a surgeon.
