Public health nurse - contact?

In one of your articles you refer to the public health nurse. How do you make contact with a public health nurse?

The public health nurse is a health board employee that provides nursing services in the community. Each health board has a number of public health nurses who are assigned to provide services in a designated geographic area. In addition to providing services to people in their homes public health nurses also usually work in local clinics and dispensaries. Therefore you have a number of options for contacting the nurse. You can do so through your nearest health board clinic or through the administrative office for the community care area in which you reside. You could also make contact through a neighbour who may already be receiving care and attention from the local public health nurse. Your GP would also be able to assist you in contacting the public health nurse because the GP would usually be aware of all the nurses that practice in your locality.
