Multiple sclerosis - fatigue?

I suffer quite a lot from multiple sclerosis fatigue. I've been talking to my friends in America, some of whom have MS, and they recommend Adderall. This drug is used for treating ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). Is it available in Ireland and would you recommend it?

Adderall is the proprietary name for a pill containing a mixture of four different amphetamine salts. The product was originally developed over 20 years ago and was marketed under a different name as an appetite suppressant. It is licensed in the USA for use in narcolepsy, obesity and ADHD, which you have already mentioned in your query. It is not licensed for use in Ireland and I would have some reservations about prescribing any amphetamine based product because of the high potential of dependency with such products.
