Kidney association on the move

[Posted: Wed 06/12/2000 www.irishhealth.com]

The Irish Kidney Association (IKA) is being forced to move to new premises to provide extra facilities for patients.

Speaking to irishhealth.com, Mark Murphy of the IKA explained that the current premises in Ballsbridge is 'bursting at the seams', and the move is urgently needed.

It will take place over the Christmas period. The new premises is located in the Park West Business Park, Crumlin in Dublin but will not be ready until March 2001. As an interim measure, the IKA is temporarily moving to its hostel centre at Beaumont Hospital.
